In May, the School celebrated World Day for Cultural Diversity with a collaboration honouring the iconic Red Dress Project.

Conceived by by British artist the 13-year old project provides and artistic platform for women around the world to tell their personal stories through embroidery.

So far it has seen 343 contributions from 46 countries including refugees, asylum seekers and victims of war from all over the world.

Our Year 8 students created their own fabric squares which were stitched onto our own red dress and displayed as a foyer exhibition.

The project reflects the School's commitment to celebrating diversity and different cultures through a series of cultural weeks. As such, this year, we have celebrated India, China, Greece, Turkey and Britain with food, drink, dancing, film, sport and much more.
