School 145 Birthday 2 |
Our PSA Murder Mystery Evening on Friday, 7th February was a thrilling success! A sell-out audience of families, parents, and students gathered together to watch six brave members of staff take to the stage for the gripping whodunnit play, Who Killed the Farmer?—a murder most fowl indeed!
Laughter, suspense, and detective work was the order of the evening as guests enjoyed the fantastic performance, while a lively bar and raffle added to the excitement. Thanks to ticket sales and generous support, a fantastic sum was raised for the Bright Futures Project, helping to make a real difference.
A huge thank you to parent Cat Walkden for her brilliant decorations in the school foyer, which greeted everyone as they arrived. Inspired by the Bright Futures project, she beautifully illuminated the School’s 145 years, and created 145 colourful hearts—in the six house colours—hanging from branches suspended from the foyer ceiling. This stunning display not only reflected the eco-friendly spirit of the LED lighting initiative but also helped to highlight the School Birthday Giving Week, making the whole school shine brighter.
A massive thank you to the PSA, our talented staff performers, and everyone who attended for making it a night to remember!
