11 students were selected to be ball girls at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships this year.

The new sports facilities have proved extremely advantageous in the training and selection process, for example the ability to practise long rolling in the new Sports Centre.

A highlight of the ball girls' experience was a visit from Roger Federer and the Princess of Wales who attended one of the training sessions.
