Our Women in Tech TiffinTalk featured Suzi Russell-Gilford (Class of 1996), Partner at Ernst & Young, and Jo Filbin (Class of 2000), co-founder and COO of Globacap.

At Ernst & Young, Suzi is a the Global Microsoft alliance leader for Tax. She runs the global tax go-to-market relationship with Microsoft. Having spent 25 plus years working with the Big Four in tax, Suzi has always had a passion for using technology to ease the
complexity of global tax compliance and she is passionate about tax being core to a healthier planet. In early 2022 she recorded an interview on Women in Tech for International Women’s Day with the Chief Digital Officer of Microsoft. Suzi is based in California.

Jo is co-founder and COO of Globacap, a fintech startup company using blockchain to revolutionise how companies manage their shareholders and funding. She spent 7 years working in Transaction Services with KPMG, followed by 6 years in various FTSE 100 and large private companies working in and leading Group transformation teams. In 2020, Jo was recognised as UK Fintech Rising Star of the year and recently featured in the Exceptional Female Role Model series on LinkedIn. She works from her home in the Swiss Alps!
